Originally from London, but now living in Beara (Bere Island). I have worked in the health care sector for 30yrs, and have a BSc (Hons) Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture - member of the British Acupuncture Council UK. Whilst I was in London, I worked in a number of prestigious world leading research and healthcare facilities in London such as Harley Street, Wimpole Street, London Hospital and Drs Laboratory.

I have post graduate studies in dermatology, oncology, mental health (my thesis was a comparative study on schizophrenia), abdominal acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, to name a few.

I treat a wide range of medical conditions including conditions caused by stress factors, emotional upsets and injury.

So what can I help you with?
If your natural balance is upset it can lead to physical and emotional symptoms. By identifying the root cause of the symptoms, I then place needles to activate specific energy points on the body to help bring both the body and mind back to health.

The Benefits
The treatments focus on alleviating the main complaint but because it is an holistic approach not only does the original complaint improve but patients also report sleeping better, stress levels decrease, thus leaving you feeling more energised and having an overall sense of well being. Acupuncture is suitable for both adults, children and babies.

My Main practice (2008) is coming up to ten years is based here in Castletownbere Tuesday to Saturday (5 days), Above Berehaven Pharmacy, Main Street, Castletownbere, Co Cork.

My Second Practice is located Voya Room, Second Floor, Eccles Hotel, Glengarriff - on Mondays Only
