Jeg kommer fra Island og heter Bryndís "Binna". Og har siden 2009 jobbet som Bowen Teknikker.

Bowen is a holistic technique that uses specific rolling movements to reset the body into it's natural self healing process. It is not massage, it uses only very light pressure and as such can be used on anyone from tiny babies to the elderly.
