As a gym, we started from humble beginnings, using our faith and passion to grow from a one-room aerobics center to the 15,000 sq. ft. facility we are today. We’ve put a lot of work into making this an amazing space for our community, even helping to physically build our Elmo St. location. When you come by, you’ll be greeted by either Ron or his son, who’ll tell you about all we have to offer you: affordable flat-rate memberships, 24/7 access, and free member classes like yoga and cross-training! We’re here to encourage you. We’re here to help you shatter all your health goals. And we’re here to give your family a place they love working out in.
