Shelbyville CrossFit box located directly across from Walmart. Our box offers classes 6 days a week where trainers teach techniques and form of functional movements to help anyone increase their level of fitness regardless of where one is when they start their fitness Journey at Bourbon Barrel CrossFit.

Class Schedule:
Monday: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm 6:00pm
Tuesday: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm 6:00pm
Thursday: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, 6:30pm
Friday: 5:30am, 7am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am,

YOGA: 10:15am Saturday and 7pm Wednesday(Yoga-free for members, $5 for non members)

Open Gym Daily 5am-10pm

Kid Classes:
k-2nd Tues/Thurs 3:30pm
3-5th: Tues/Thurs 4:30pm, Wednesday 5pm
6th and up: Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm, Friday 5pm

No contract, unlimited classes/open gym
