The Breathe Story.....
Imagine the moment you’re most relaxed. Think about where you are when you just exhale so deeply that all your worries and distractions and the busy-ness of life just fades away – even if it’s only for a little while.
It’s a pretty cool place, hey?
In fact, it’s such a cool place that I wanted to create a space like it right here. A place to connect where we can talk about all things ‘skin, body, mind’. A place where everyone is worthy of giving themselves time to find the right skin care, to nurture their body and mind and to just breathe.
Finding that inner-balance is what motivates me. I’m busy. Really busy. So I’ve learnt to take care of me. Whether that’s by practising yoga, exercising, getting out in the garden, or really enjoying the warmth of a cup of tea , I know I need to do those things to nurture myself.
And I’m here to help you do that too!
