With over 30 years of experience Crayford Weights & Fitness are here to help you build your confidence. Our business philosophy is to provide the facilities and the motivation for people of all ages, shapes and sizes to get as fit as they realistically can in a vibrant and friendly environment. We offer a wide range of Recreation and Health suites.

Crayford Weights & Fitness do not require a Fee or tie you in to a contract, we are only interested in supplying a professional friendly environment so those customers join us through enjoyment without feeling they are obliged to.
