Adult and youth group CrossFit classes, boot camps, yoga, private training and nutrition coaching.

CrossFit Fargo offers a distinct style of fitness training, pulling from multiple schools of training philosophies. It is our mission to achieve the greatest, healthiest and most efficient results as possible for our athletes.

CrossFit WODs (workout of the day) can be challenging to say the least. At CFF you will have a trainer coaching you on the proper form and technique for the different skills, helping you set and reach your personal goals, and pushing you through to the end of the WOD. We will be clear to say, this isn't your typical gym - this is training for the known, unknown, and unknowable events in life.

Founded in 2013 in a garage by Jessica Grondahl and Jeremy Donais, CrossFit Fargo has grown to include a rich community of like-minded individuals with a passion for fitness. Our mission is to bring greater health and fitness to all who seek it through a commitment to form, function, and the pursuit of excellence.

The CrossFit Fargo facility is a 9,000 sq ft building with a main gym, secondary gym, and a weightlifting gym. We strive to make our facility a positive and welcoming place where individuals not only train, but are also surrounded by all aspects of fitness, health and nutrition. Our gym is inclusive to all fitness levels and provides inspiration, encouragement and accountability to each athlete.
