Downeast Massage Therapy is a healing center operated by licensed massage therapists, Arthur and Megan Lindemanis. They bring more than 25 years of combined experience in the bodywork field.

They specialize in therapeutic bodywork with emphasis on fascial release and lymphatic facilitation. They also use other techniques including deep tissue, sports massage, a Trager-influenced rocking style, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Trigger point therapy, Reiki and Pranic Healing.

They also bring 5+ years of experience with Ace Medi-Cupping (medical massage cupping), which uses vacuum therapy to increase circulation in the muscles, mobilize stagnant blood and lymph, decrease inflammation, soften and separate fascia and facilitate lymphatic elimination. Medi-Cupping is also very effective with internal and external scar work, releasing chronic pain patterns, TMJ relief, facelifts, body wraps for detoxification as well as pre and post surgery work.

Downeast Massage Therapy currently hosts several movement classes including yoga and a core strengthening class.
