E360 offer a unique way of training to ensure that your health and body are in the best possible condition. We have a team of qualified fitness professionals who will be running various unique sessions in various environments.

A truly fit athlete is one who is competent in every area of fitness: strength, power, speed, muscular stamina, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility and accuracy.

We will make sure you are given the best possible nutrition guidance/advice to help you achieve your body goals as quickly as possible.

We are entering teams in various events this year including:
Yorkshire Warrior and The Major Series. We are running specific sessions to make sure we are prepared for these ultimate fitness challenges.

You do not have to compete in these events as you will achieve the ultimate body by simply participating in our sessions. We will analyse your current nutrition and suggest improvements to make sure you achieve the ultimate body. We have all the top nutrition products available and will be running taster sessions to make sure you get the right products specific for you and your needs.

E360 will provide the event specific training required for you to be able to complete these events.

As most of the specific training is a mixture of cardio and resistance (and fun!!) your body will achieve the maximum benefits and just by completing the training alone you will be in the best shape of your life. The professional exercise guidance and motivation will also be backed up with dietary info again that is specific to you and for achieving the best results. Everyone is different so one programme will not suit everyone.

I see so many people doing the same routines week in and week out in the gym – wether this is women wanting to lose weight and tone or men who are looking for hypertrophy. Many people get bored with these routines and your body becomes used to the same drills and will simply not develop. This causes frustration – demotivation etc. Our specific training and guidance is all about variety and designed to get you the results.

Our training is a fantastic way to lose fat, tone up and improve your overall fitness. A varied training program will challenge your body in new ways, enabling you to get fitter and in better shape than ever before. Our specific training routines will work for you if you are getting fit for the first time or if you are a seasoned athlete, you will see real improvements in less time than you thought possible.
