At ECSA the trainers, coaches and members make it their mission to make everyone feel welcome no matter the fitness level. The trainers are dedicated to instructing mixed martial arts appropriately and all have personal experience in the sport. ECSA is a "non-judgmental / drama-free zone". We want everyone that walks into our gym to walk out feeling empowered and confident.
