Who is a F.I.T. Woman? She is ready to commit to taking care of herself so she can be at her best. She embraces mind, body, and spirit. She strives for balance in her life and in her workouts. Her fitness program might include a bit of Stretch, Rowing, Zumba, RIPPED or Bootcamp. She understands how important muscle conditioning is to her outer and inner strength. She feels blessed to live in Hot Springs National Park where she can feed off the beauty and energy of the lakes, trees, mountains and rivers. she strives for optimal nutrition 80% of the time. Hey, no one's perfect! She cares about her community and the environment and is open-minded to others thoughts and opinions. She is passionate, kind, positive, giving and loves and appreciates the gift of life. She desires to surround herself with other amazing women and collectively they inspire and empower each other to positively impact their worlds. A F.I.T. Woman doesn't just survive - she thrives! We offer a variety of services to help a woman achieve her health and fitness goals including: cardiovascular and muscle conditioning group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition consulting, athletic and sports conditioning and more.
