Exploring the Eight Limb Path and the Yoga Sutra's Patanjali

Each student is on their own personal path, in mind, body and spirit. During class my students are invited to allow their body's to move in their own range of motion. This is important for my students to learn, as each step of the way the lesson is that their Yoga Practice belongs to them. My focus during yoga class is to provide a safe and comfortable place for my students to explore and discover the beauty and strength within. Enjoy who you are and what YOU can do. Celebrate the uniqueness that makes you who you are. My goal is to bring Yoga to Rural America. My hope is that regardless of your age, weight or gender that you add “Yoga” to your vocabulary. I invite you to find your essential breath, learn the importance of relaxation and experience peace in your body. I look forward to teaching the skills I have learned in my TT 200 class, held at Organic Yoga Company in Sioux Falls South Dakota with my teachers Nancy Hong and Jackie Wilbur. My student's will benefit from my knowledge, skills, compassion and sense of humor. Let's explore this ancient art together.

When not doing yoga you will find me gardening, traveling, knitting, weaving, spending time with family or exploring the adventures of photography.

I hope to see you soon
Namaste
