We are a new, luxury, boutique Gym and Spa in the heart of St Saviour set in the beautiful grounds of Chateau Vermont.




Set in the beautiful grounds of Chateau Vermont, you will find Greenhouse Spa & Fitness. A retreat that offers a wide range of luxurious Spa treatments, an extensive and naturally lit pool complex dominated by our infinity-edged heated swimming pool, Sauna & Steam, room, along with a fully-equipped Gym & Studio for fitness classes & workshops.
We have an extensive cardio & weights area, and offer a diverse range of studio classes including Pilates, HIIT training, Bikram Yoga, Spinning, & Muscle Pump.
We also have an outside decking area set in the grounds where we teach Yoga & Pilates classes during the summer months.
You will also find 3 luxury treatment rooms with showers, and an area dedicated to manicure and pedicure treatments, and our treatments are to die for.
We offer an environment that mirrors our natural setting - clean, nurturing and at one with nature.
