Haute Yogis provides; Haute Yoga Sculpt and Shred, Yoga Barre, Barre, Haute 20's (Bikram Style Flow, Haute 75 (Sumits Inspired Flow)Vinyasa, & Power Vinyasa and recently added Haute Karve & Flow.

Haute Yogis main goal is to provide everyone with a quality workout at an affordable price. Classes will be fun, yet challenging. The definition of Haute is high-class or high toned; fancy. The definition of a Yogi is practitioners of yoga, thus the name Haute Yogis!

Haute 20s-

This class incorporates Bikram Choudhury's sequencing of 26 postures 2 times through...."The Traditional & Original Hot Yoga Sequencing." This practice is not only beneficial and therapeutic physically, mentally yet also, physiologically! Haute Yoga barre-

Vinyasa Style yoga class infused with barre, pilates, cardio and technical dance technique. This class will challenge your body in a new way, expect muscle endurance and muscle fatigue

Kick Cardio Barre-

this class is inspired by kickboxing, martial arts and strength movements., infused with dynamic interval based movements and ballet barre technique leading to muscle fatigue. make sure to bring tennis shoes.

Haute Yoga Sculpt & Shred-

Vinyasa Style Yoga flow using body weight and hand weights ranging from 2-10 pounds. Expect to get a excellent muscle endurance workout.

Vinyasa Power Yoga-

Power based Yoga class with progressive flow, for yogis at every level. Anyone and everyone is welcome
