Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. Dance yourself fit to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, hip hop, funk, rock and Latin. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance tubes and a stretch finale.
