Jenny B's Bootcamp is an all ladies bootcamp class that focuses on strength and resistance training, free weights, circuit training, core strengthening, body sculpting cardio and all over full body workouts! We are a group of women that work together a couple of times a week and have a blast while working out! If you want to trim some inches, lose some weight or join for personal reasons of your own, come and get your butt kicked with me!

Classes are held at Frank Stronach Park in Newmarket. Personal training sessions are held in my home studio at a time that works best for both of us :)

Class days and times are:

Monday's-12:00-1:00 p.m.
Monday's-6:30-7:30 p.m.
Monday's- 7:45-8:45 p.m.
Tuesday's 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Tuesday's-7:45-8:45 p.m.
Wednesday's-12:00-1:00 p.m.
Wednesday's 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Wednesday's-7:45-8:45 p.m.
Thursday's-6:30-7:30 p.m.
Thursday's-7:45-8:45 p.m.

Sessions run for 8 weeks with a one week break in between sessions :)
