With an elite sports background and degree in Physical Education at the University of Ottawa, my career has led me in the fitness industry. In January of 2005 I enrolled at Kine Concept Institute, completing an extensive 2500-hour program in massage therapy. I then began my career at the Ottawa Sport and Health Centre as well as starting Massage Therapy on the Go, a mobile service, in 2006.

As a massage therapist, I am interested in the assessment and treatment of dysfunction and pain of soft tissues and joints. This is accomplished through a wide variety of massage techniques. My areas of specialization are therapeutic massage, soft tissue release, fascial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue sports massage.
