BodyBallFitness is Small Group Interval Training using an Isometric Ball with sessions set to music. I take the class through Low Intensity to High Intensity segments with moves that are designed to work specific muscle groups.




Kim Lang's Body Ball Fitness is Low Intensity Interval to High Intensity Interval Training using a small isometric ball with the class set to music! The goal of each session is to work in 71% - 85% of your HR. Caloric burn ranges from 400 to 800 calories depending on intensity and length. Beginner to advanced sessions are offered in various locations.
