We are more than a Fitness Club but a place were women
Can feel Comfortable & everyone is encouraging.
We are a fitness family depending on one another
to create an atmosphere that helps us look and feel
better than we ever could by training alone.

King's Get Fit Began in Sep of 2010.
The Workouts are personally Design for
optimum results. Your Body Will Be Transformed
with Commitment Willpower, Determination
& The will to Succeed.

Our program plans to grow even further,
with the help of Our Clients spreading the
word about our Awesome Workouts &
The Results That They are Receiving.

King's Get Fit Club workouts are 4 days a week.
one-on-one consultation is done before entering
the group. Weekly weigh-in is done each week.
Accountability is important.
We are here to cater to your well being.

Venue: Fort Charlotte,Near Straw Vendors.
Time: 5:30 pm to 6:30pm

Price: Monthly $100.00 + $25.00 registration Fee
Personal Training: $25.00 to $35.00 1hour

Workout Days:
Monday: Designed Full Body workout
Tuesday: Burn-out Arms/ Abs
Wednesday: Butt/Legs
Thursday: Designed Full Body Workout


We take pictures for your before/afters also measurements & Registration
is Done before sessions. Black is Not Permitted for picture taking.
MAT is Needed & DUMBBELLS, 1LB, 2LBS For First timers.

Personal trainer/Group fitness instructor/ specialize in child obesity/senior fitness and Nutrition. Certified with FITOUR Nationally Recognised & CPR Certified.
