LA Plex is a 24 hours fitness facility! We always have an attendant on duty to maximize your fitness experience. We offer basic memberships for those who simply want to utilize the aerobic and weight training equipment. For individuals and families looking to maximize your experience, we offer a VIP membership. This membership includes access to equipment and facilities, as well as all aerobic classes, child care, and tanning! Aerobic classes include Bodypump, Insanity, Spin, Silver Sneakers, and more to come soon. We also offer small and large group training sessions, in addition to one-on-one sessions. All of our fantastic personal trainers are certified. We offer childcare during both the day and evening. We have a huge indoor turfed room, spin bike room, racket ball court, and sauna facilities in the men's and women's locker rooms. We also sell delicious Shake This smoothies, supplements, and a variety of fitness drinks. Stop by for a tour anytime and let us win your business. We will be improving our facilities and equipement weekly until we are assured that our customers receive the BEST overall experience!
