Leo’s Holistic Body Therapy is owned by Ms. Maria Leo. She graduated from Good Health and Massage Wellness School in England, she acts as the Managing Director and Practitioner at the spa. Her unique style integrates training in several Eastern and Western modalities, fusing powerful deep tissue techniques with calming Swedish flow. Qualified in a variety of techniques she has the expertise and 10 years experience for building the client-base in a new business and seeing it through to success. Aside from massage and body treatments she also takes a holistic approach to her work, customizing each facial she gives to her clients. She is also known for her quick and proficient brazilian waxing treatments and her precise eyebrow threading techniques. She believes each body has the innate capability to heal itself, using an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for you body to unwind on its own. With compassion and careful listening she works to make each session on her table meaningful for your life that day, guiding your body toward peace, balance and relaxation.

Leo’s Holistic Body Therapy will provide a comforting, yet stimulating, atmosphere in which customers will be able to relax both their body and mind, reconnecting their daily lives to their true purpose through a wide range of holistic methods. Leo’s Holistic Body Therapy will establish itself as a dependable destination to which they can always come back to escape the stresses of life, and rejuvenate their energies, their souls and their lives.

GOAL

Our primary goal is to maintain or improve well being through providing relaxation, preserving or increasing functional capacity and joint flexibility by diminishing soft tissue pain that arises from stress, anxiety, fatigue, adhesions and overuse.
