Unlike other facilities in town, the 4 acres of land, 22,000 sq ft building, and all equipment are owned by our company outright, which means that we are able to offer everything you need to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle

Morning- Monday-Friday 8:30-11:30 am
Afternoon- Monday-Thursday 4:30-8:00 pm
