14 & 7 Mile Trail Race and 3.7 mile hike at Marilla Reservoir in Bradford, PA. All proceeds benefit Tuna Valley Trail Assoc.
Nestled among rolling hills and dense forest, the Marilla Reservoir in Bradford, PA provides the perfect backdrop for trail racing. With two different course distances, the Marilla Trail Race offers the opportunity for beginners, hard-core trail runners, and everyone in-between to take advantage of Bradford's world-class wilderness. Then after the race, stick around for food, awards, and door prizes!
Clearly marked trails take runners over a variety of terrain- gravel paths, dirt trails, and winding single track, with aid stations spread throughout. Except for a single road crossing, the 14-miler course is 100% off-road. The same goes for the 7-miler route. While the courses are non-technical, be prepared for intense elevation changes on the rolling trails. The race features state-of-the-art chip timing by Score This!!! and the historic covered bridge serves as the finish points for both distances.
All proceeds from the Marilla Trail Race go to benefit the Tuna Valley Trail Association and their ongoing commitment to the development and maintenance of trails locally in the Tuna Valley.
