"PSA" is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Sports Academy focused on building our East Bay Community through Youth Baseball and Softball.

Over the course of the past decade, there has been a considerable change in the landscape of youth sports. Competitive environments and win-at-all costs mentalities have replaced efforts to implement morality, character and sportsmanship. Founded in 2013 as a non-profit organization, Perk's Sports Academy and its directors are fighting to move against the grain by focusing on character and skill development. We believe
that by doing things the right way, our players will gain the necessary skills and character attributes to succeed in the future both on and off the field.

In just a short span, Perk's Sports Academy has achieved impressive on-field success against the highest levels of competition and has also gained recognition as one of the fastest growing baseball academies on the West Coast.
