The Swim Team is a traveling competitive swimming team.
Swimmers between ages 5-18 participate to strengthen swimming skills.
The fitness center includes; Dumbbells, free weight and Magnum selectorized weight equipment. Star Trac Treadmills, Precor and Matrix Ellipticals. Expresso Computer bike. Tvs are attached on most cardio equipment. Different rooms upstairs and down, and much more! Please bring in your own headphones and music.
