Salt Life Cave & Spa is a family owned & operated business located in Uxbridge, Ontario.




We are a Holistic Therapy Centre providing Speleo/Halotherapy for clients with various respiratory problems. A Salt Cave is a man made replica of a underground natural salt mine/cave. A Healing Salt Cave contains the micro-climate that can be found in a natural underground mine thus including True Therapeutic Properties. Salt Caves are 100% natural and drug free treatments and have been successfully used in Europe for the past 50 yrs. Salt caves are an original method of application of salt rock from Klodawa-Poland, Himalayan-Pakastan and the Dead Sea. All together 12 tons of salt are used for inhalation, rehabilitation, prophylactics and health protection. The air inside our salt caves is saturated with minerals and negative ions helping the treatment of many disorders.
