" Massage is my main focus as it is a true passion and love of mine to help people and offer well-being through my services. In everything I do my philosophy is wellness through healthy dietary habits and fitness activities such as freediving and yoga.

I have been working as a massage therapist and beautician in high standard properties and hotels since 2009 in Poland, Cyprus and Greece.

My main study subject is on Beauty Treatments and Massages (Bachelor degree) and Wellness - based Rejuvenation Therapies in Spa Centers and Resorts (Master degree).

I have in depth knowledge of my work as I attend annual alternative treatment's courses all over the world in order to expand my horizons and achieve the best possible results in my massage therapies sessions based on a holistic approach of the body and mind.
