I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 1,500+ hours experience, thoroughly trained in many modalities. Including (but not limited to), Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapy.

Sessions formulated to carry you away from stress, worry & pain to a place of comforting harmony. Designed for YOUR restorative needs, as my #1 priority is YOUR overall well being to ensure an enriching, therapeutic experience.

I offer a light to deep traditional Swedish Massage, using an arrangement of light to medium pressure strokes emphasizing on flow, rhythm & relaxation. Tranquil, therapeutic bodywork combining oil or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading & percussion to help improve circulation. Wide-ranging benefits include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage: Similar to Swedish, but with deeper pressure. It is more beneficial in releasing acute to chronic muscle tension. Focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons & fascia (protective layer surrounding muscles, bones & joints).

Trigger Point Therapy: A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue causing pain in other parts of the body. Example, a trigger point in the back may refer pain in the neck, which can be sharp & intense or a dull ache. It's designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure & release. A trigger point massage on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain & stress from chronic injuries.

Sports Massage: Form of bodywork geared toward anyone involved in any form of athletics, professionals to weekend joggers. Techniques used are specific to the participant's activity of choice. Areas of focus are muscles most overused & stressed from repetitive, assertive movement. Sports massage is designed to help prevent injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, recover & keep the body in optimal condition.

Massage is more than just a luxurious relaxation. It not only has many physical benefits, but psychological, mental and emotional benefits that are crucial to ones overall well-being.
