Spring Valley Wellness Fees:

Enrollment Fee: $50 (includes orientation to the facility, measurements, and fitness assessment)

Membership:
$30 per month
$160 semi-annual
$300 annual
If more than 3 members of a household sign up, monthly dues will be considered at a reduced rate of $25 but proof of a shared residence must be shown.

Daily Pass: $5
Week Pass: $15

All membership are to be paid on the 1st of the month. If enrolling after the first of the month, first month dues will be pro-rated.
