Total Immersion specialises in re-tooling the swimming strokes of competitive swimmers at any level or age, from nine upwards, and this, without fail, results in significant performance gains.



Total Immersion has also helped countless triathletes to master the discipline that causes most difficulty - swimming! Our TI Teaching Professionals are also able to teach non-swimming adults and help the aqua phobic overcome their fears and concerns around water, so they can then learn to swim
