Verus Strength & Fitness is a faith-based Team Personal Training Studio. We give you the coaching, accountability, camaraderie and support you need to reach your health, fitness and fat-loss goals.

Our vision is to provide cutting edge NO EXCUSES strength and fitness training that is challenging, results driven, and effective in helping both adults and youth achieve their health, fitness, and/or sports performance goals. We are a faith-based Christian organization and believe in training the whole person: body, mind, and spirit in order to be truly successful in life. We believe in drawing strength from the Lord because we believe that “We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us.” Philippians 4:13. We have a Go Hard or Go Home mentality about training because we believe that hard work, commitment, and discipline ALWAYS pays off. The word Verus is Latin, which means “TRUTH.” We believe in the TRUTH of the word of God and being true to the temple (our body) that He has given to us as a gift. Be TRUE to your body, or it will be false to you.
