Ages 8 and up are welcome! Memberships start at $89/month for unlimited classes! Kids pricing is available!

For the average person who has never boxed or been in a boxing gym, pursuing boxing can be an intimidating experience. Just stepping in the door might be the biggest hurdle.

One big misconception is that you are going to suffer a painful beating. Truth is our team does not allow anyone in the ring or spar until they are qualified, and then under complete supervision. Don't want to spar or be hit? No problem. We have programs that cater to everyone.

We are also a Rock Steady Boxing certified affiliate! We offer classes for all levels of individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.
