We are a community of individuals seeking to remain fit and healthy; consisting of people young and old, in and out of shape, on a journey towards fitness.
FSC CrossFit is a local fitness center dedicated to helping individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether your goal is to get fit, increase strength or stamina, or a combination of all three; we can get you there.
We are also active in our community through fundraising, charity work, school programs (home & district), birthday parties, and free Saturday workouts for everyone.
