Integrity Yoga Wellness Center

We are an all in one Wellness Center, with Yoga, Massage and guidance for various holistic approach to a better you.

This summer we will have enrollment for dance classes from Friday, May 23rd until Friday, May 30th. Our curriculum this summer is going to focus on technique and conditioning so the schedule will be flexible enough for family vacations and enrollment will be accepted at any time during the summer. We will be offering a wide curriculum from age’s 3-Adult in classes of ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, tumbling, and hip-hop. All our classes are taught with positive reinforcement and it is the studios philosophy to teach the love of dance from the love of dance.
Our highly trained instructors will be teaching yoga and Hot Yoga. Right now we have 7 classes on the schedule, one sure to fit your hectic schedule. All our teachers are trained, and practice many different forms of yoga so each class will be unique and build strength, endurance and flexibility in different ways. Hot Yoga is beneficial for injuries, the skin, circulation and the list goes on but the classes are sure to make you feel better and be healthier
On our schedule we also will be providing a tap class for men and women ages 50 years and older. This class is constructed to lightly help with fitness, joint movement and circulation. We are also offering a hula hooping class for all ages, idea for mother and daughter bonding while tightening your core.
