An advanced swimming development program based in East Lothian & Midlothian. We provide a program to ready your swimmer for club swimming.

At Next Stage Swimming we know exactly what it takes to progress your swimming to the next stage.

Our Scottish Swimming Affiliated swim program provides a pathway with:

- A structured technique focused training program.
- A clear pathway for progression.
- Highly qualified, motivated and experienced coaches.
- An enjoyable and focused learning environment.

After basic "learn to swim" we provide a variety of advanced teaching and coaching programs dedicated to progressing swimmers' technical ability, fitness and confidence in the water.

Progression Program:

Our comprehensive progression program has been designed to efficiently develop a young swimmer's ability to a level that they can confidently step into a competitive swimming club or our advanced program.

This program is broken down into 3 stages to ensure that each swimmer receives a program tailored to their ability. Find out more on our website:
