After basic "learn to swim" we provide a variety of advanced teaching and coaching programs dedicated to progressing swimmers' technical ability, fitness and confidence in the water.

Our comprehensive progression program has been designed to efficiently develop a young swimmer's ability to a level that they can confidently step into a competitive swimming club or our advanced program.
