Here at Out of Body Massage 573 we strive to provide you with a quality massage experience based on your specific needs. We offer a relaxing environment to help you escape from the stress of everyday life.

Out of Body Massage is here to help relieve stress and manage pain. Offered is a variety of massages. These include:

Chair, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Prenatal,Thai Yoga, Myofascial Release, Cancer/Oncology, Hot Stone, Full Body Scrubs, Facial Massages,and Essential Oil Baths.

Cancellation/Late Policy:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice but still call to cancel your session you will be charged 25% of your appointment. This amount will be billed to you and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates
If you are using a Gift Certificate for your service and you do not call with in an appropriate time/don’t show for a scheduled appointment it will void the Gift Certificate. We have had issues with clients with Gift Certificates not showing up and rescheduling and then not showing up again.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment. This amount will be billed to you and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you are a no call/no show and you have a package of massages a massage will be deducted from your package for the missed appointment.

Arriving late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
