CrossFit is a fun and addictive way to get fit with your friends, family, and other like minded people. We use constantly varied functional exercises (push, pull, lift, press, squat, throw, etc.) at high intensities. Workouts are short, well rounded, and wildly effective.
CrossFit Tier 1 is a registered CrossFit Affiliate that offers class based, personal and small group training to develop functional fitness in our athletes and clients.
