Hi, I'm Lynda Sandoval! I've been in Fredonia since June 2013, and I'm looking forward to bringing my own teaching voice to WNY. I am an ERYT-200 and a YACEP through Yoga Alliance, trained and certified through CorePower Yoga's Power Yoga, Hot Yoga-Hot/Power Fusion, and Hot Extensions programs in 2010, Kid Yoga certified through Yoga for Young Warriors in 2011, Rest & Renew restorative yoga certified through Judith Hansen Lasater in 2015, and Chair Yoga certified through Sherry Zak Morris/Yoga Vista Academy in 2016. I've also studied with Yoga for Survivors, Silver Age Yoga, and completed training with StreetYoga.org, all in Colorado. I certified in PiYo in July 2015. My primary teaching styles are:

I've taught a lot of places...Johnson & Wales University, the Denver Athletic Club, Yoga for Young Warriors Elliott Street Studio, Naturally Loved, Commerce City Parks and Rec, Sacred i Yoga, Half Moon Yoga + Art, The Jewish Community Center Sports & Fitness, and more. I spent a rewarding year and a half teaching at the Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation in Aurora, Colorado, on the University of Colorado Medical Campus.

What's my goal? Simply, to grow the yoga community in the Fredonia/Dunkirk area so that everybody can find exactly the type and tone of class best suited for them. As I see it, having more options for yoga classes/times/locations, as well as having different styles of yoga and varied instructors bringing their unique perspectives and teaching methods to the mat, can only strengthen our local yoga community.
