We are a strength and conditioning facility that focuses on functional fitness in a group setting. We train for life and the physical demands of it!




Our Philosophy:
“We are who we say we are. We eat how we teach our members to eat. We participate with our members and struggle through the same workouts. We bond through the struggle of the workouts, the good times, had in the gym, and the pursuit of our goals. We spend time with each other in the gym, and our members become our training family. Your happiness becomes our happiness. Your success becomes our success. So whether it’s nutritional, physical, mental, or emotional, we want to get you engaged from the start. Therefore, you’ll find the training environment as inspiring as we do.
All of our memberships are month to month and we never try to trick or lock you in to anything. We try to earn your respect and membership every day, thus we don’t need to force a long term commitment. Just please give us a 30-day notice and you are good to go. In saying that, we know that if we do what we are supposed to do, you will stay with us and wouldn’t consider another training team or family. Please continually let us know how we are doing and if we can make your training or experience better! We welcome the feedback.
