Fit 4 U and Fit 4 Kids, LLC specializes with children ages 5- 15 years old and all adults who are committed to transforming their lives through the improvement of their personal health.

Fit 4 U and Fit 4 Kids, LLC offers a variety of services:
- A positive, private family fitness facility
- Personal Training
- Group Instruction (Zumba, Aerobic classes and more)
- Massage Therapy- By Appointment

Fit 4 U and Fit 4 Kids, LLC hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 6am-8pm.
