• Strength & Toning 9 am – Cassandra
• Kickbox Cardio 5:15 pm – Bobbie (starts 2/6)
• Zumba 6:15 pm - (starts 2/6)
• Power Flow Yoga 7:15 pm - Mandy
Wednesday
• 10/10/10 5:30 am – Michelle (starts 2/6)
• Strength & Toning 6 pm – Jamie
Thursday
• Strength & Toning 9 am – Cassandra
• Power Circuit 6 pm – Bobbie
• Latin/Hip Hop Fusion 6:45 pm (2/9, 2/23) - Mazy
Friday
• Dance Party 5 pm – Mazy - Put on your dancing shoes as we dance through the decades. This will be a night to remember. (Starts 2/17) Every other Friday
Saturday
• Bootcamp 9 am – Jamie

10/10/10 – Cardio, Core, Strength
Bootcamp – Located outside. You will be pushed through rep work, speed drills, & intervals

Kickbox Cardio - Kick, punch, bob, and weave your way to a higher fitness level. Constantly move, getting in that cardio that we all want and need. You will walk away with a surge of energy and feeling ready for anything that comes your way.

Latin Hip Hop Fusion – Jump into some hip hop, then add a twist of Latin heat. No dance experience needed. The music is intoxicating & the moves are easy to follow.

Power Circuit - Burn fat fast with high intensity intervals. Start the burn with body- blasting sculpting and calorie crushing cardio bursts. Finish strong with serious abs!

Strength & Toning - A lightweight dumbbell & body bar workout moved to the beat of the music. Burn calories as you flow through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body into shape!
