Want to strengthen your core, refine your posture, and improve your overall balance, coordination and flexibility? Experience the Pilates method of body conditioning with two private Pilates lessons from a qualified instructor. Each one-hour session will focus on form and technique and be tailored to your specific skill level and needs. Expect a well-rounded, weight-bearing workout utilizing a full range of guided exercises on the Reformer machine, chair, tower and mat. A typical workout consists of a series of precise movements using abdominals, arms, legs, footwork, back-extension, rotation, flexion, and more. Sessions take place in a private, quiet studio setting in Tustin and are taught by an instructor with seven years’ experience. Kamala Rose Pilates!
