Primal Performance and Fitness Centre




Before I opened Primal I always had the vision of it being a fitness and performance centre and not just an ordinary gym.

I believe our bodies are made to move and when we do we feel better and live healthier lives.

Everyone should have some level of fitness, But what level? We all should have the ability to move in various motions without hurting ourselves. Take for example carrying grocery bags, picking your kids up or reaching for something over head.

Your fitness level should be determined by you,not what you see or the opinion of others. There isn't one formula that is going to work for everyone to reach their health and fitness goals. At Primal we have a wide range of classes so that you can keep challenging yourself, improving your movement and skills. Although most people stick to one type of training at Primal we believe you should be doing as many different types as possible, thats why we have free weight, bar bell, callisthenics, pilates, body weight training, functional training and HIIT sessions.

Performance doesn’t always have to be about athletes, sometimes we just want more. That feeling you get when you have completed a race, lifted heavier than you thought you could or jumped higher than your thought was possible can be addictive. That feeling also help us strive for something more whether its on the fitness realm or in day to day life. At Primal we believe when people make healthy lifestyle choices, not only will they become strong in the body, they also become strong in the mind. If you have never seen a gym in your life, a beginner, seasoned gym goer or an athlete Primal can assist you with your goals...
