Life Reps aims to help improve your life by promoting the strengthening of your mind, body and soul. Our mission is to educate, promote safety and, above all, influence sustainable life changes (we call them "reps"!).
Body change will come but it can be temporary when it isn't created as a result of developing sustainable, well-rounded, habits, skills and techniques that can be used throughout your life.

The YMCA Camp Willson, located in Logan County, was established in 1918, and is owned and operated by the YMCA of Central Ohio. Our 455 acre year-round facility is accredited by the American Camping Association and actively participates in its Ohio Section. We operate as a summer youth camp for boys and girls ages 7 - 17, a full-service outdoor education program for schools, and a weekend conference center for church, youth, scouting retreats and many other groups.
