Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. With so much negativity in the world today, this page will promote positivity in all aspects of life.
RPP Fitness, Home of Great Falls CrossFit offers many different opportunities to improve your overall fitness through General Physical Preparedness. We offer a 2 week beginners course Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm, where we teach you all required movements to do any workout. We also have 9 different classes throughout the week and 2 classes on Saturday. We have a ladies night Wednesday night at 6:30pm coached by Jinnie and Jaime. I am a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist located in Great Falls, Montana. I received training from the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell, MT with a focus on Neuromuscular techniques. I specialize in deep tissue and prenatal massage.
I am passionate about health, wellness, nutrition and the amazing human body! I believe that living a healthy, holistic life, along with receiving healthy touch through massage, can truly heal the body and prevent many modern day ailments and injuries.
My fitness journey started 12 years ago when I was training to be a Wildland Firefighter. From there, my love for running, hiking, and outdoor adventure grew into a lifetime passion. I went from running 5k-10k races, to half-marathons, triathlons and Spartan races, and I am currently training for a 50K race this summer. Anything to get my family and I outdoors, and enjoying all life has to offer. I am excited to help others reach their personal best!
