Adventure Paddle School gives lessons and tours in both whitewater kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Our instructors have a great amount of experience and skill and do a great job of passing it forward to you- the student.

SUP Yoga is the combination of yoga with nature. Taking your practice outside changes the elements (and stability muscles!!!) of your daily yoga classes. We provide 75-90 minute classes that are safe, challenging and a lot of fun!
We are set up to have 10 people attending our classes with all equipment provided. If you have your own board please join us at a discounted rate.
