Hello I am the Healthy Mummy Fitness Trainer for Mackay.
I will be offering 1 on 1 sessions and group sessions.The sessions will be run out of my place in Blacks Beach. With the Saturday Bootcamp being an outdoor bootcamp (keep an eye on updates for the location each week).
