Welcome to my journey to be a happier and healthier version of myself. I started my journey to lose weight in August of 2015 but, like many others, I have struggled with losing and gaining weight for most of my life. So far during my personal journey I have lost 17 lbs, 30.7 inches, and gained muscle all over my body.
