Our Running Club is led by a qualified personal trainer and the sessions are designed to improve your performance while having fun at the same time. We run sessions which range from a gentle run at a constant pace to specific sessions to improve speed and stamina such as interval and hill training. We also use the "out and back method" so our faster members and slower members are challenged equally.
We typically run around 8km but the faster runners will run further using the above method. In the winter we run on the roads but as soon as the evenings get lighter we like to get out of Sherbo...
